In an unanticipated move yesterday, Governor Little vetoed my House Bill 384a - the Idaho Wrongful Conviction Act. This bill passed both the House and the Senate with only one no vote. I am shocked and disappointed the Governor took this action based on the overwhelming support from legislators and the general public. Because of the
